You asked, so we're keeping the D-I-Y theme alive for as long as you want it! In addition to our normal takeaway coffee and grilled cheese, a limited number of D-I-Y Lunch Bags will be available to pre-order and collect from the back door of the van from 11am-3pm Friday-Sunday only throughout the summer.
A £20 D-I-Y Grilled Cheese Lunch Bag gets you 2 x prepped and ready-to-cook grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade pickles, 2 x bonfire hot chocolate kits, and enough sweet treats for two.
More than two people at home? Multiple bags can be ordered or extra components added, along with soft drinks, blue cheese, Corndale charcuterie platters and homemade accompaniments to perk up your cheese.

We understand that some of you will want to continue to minimise social contact and wait-time, so all D-I-Y orders are pre-paid via this site. Simply skip any queue and head for the 'D-I-Y Lunch Bag Collection Point' sign round the back of the caravan, wave at us, and we'll pass out your ready-to-cook-at-home order. Please note that anyone wanting hot drinks/food or items that have not been pre-paid via this site will have to join any queue out front.
We're continuing to make all the pickles, jellies, ferments, chutneys, sauces, mallow fluff, etc, etc, ourselves, taking all necessary additional health and safety precautions. And as always - and especially now - we're committed to supporting the very best independent producers. We source our cheese from Toonsbridge Dairy, Co. Cork; Sheridan's Cheesemongers, Co. Meath; Neal's Yard Dairy, London; Mike's Fancy Cheese, Belfast; and a rotation of other small-batch cheesemakers. Our sourdough is handmade by Ricky at Zac's Bakehouse outside Ballymena, and charcuterie platters and chorizo come from Alistair at Corndale Farm in Limavady. When you support us, you're also supporting them.
